Shipping policy

There is no minimum order requirement.  Our products are handmade with the utmost delicacy, pride and care.  Packaging and labeling are handmade as well.  We guarantee our products to be pure & fresh.  Your order will be manufactured, labeled and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of order.  Orders received after 3pm EST M-F will be processed the next business day.  We work diligently Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays are not included in transit times. Shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated for you at checkout.

For damaged orders, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to file a claim for damaged products.  We cannot issue a refund for damaged products, however, replacements can be made upon following the guidelines below:

If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email it to us. We will ship replacements to the original shipping address.  WE CANNOT FILE A CLAIM WITHOUT A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS.  Email photos to birchavenuesoap@gmail.com.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
