Due to the delicacy of our handmade products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it ships (weather conditions, delivery issues).  Our merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns. We stand behind our products 100%.  We highly recommend using all products within 1 year from date of purchase.  We will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.  Your satisfaction is our goal!  

Birch Avenue Soap Co. is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient.  Each product description is on our packaging label and includes a complete list of ingredients.  All products are for external use only, please avoid contact with eyes. Some products contain coconut oil, which may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.
