Orders & Shipping Information
There is no minimum order requirement. Our products are handmade with the utmost delicacy, pride and care. Packaging and labeling are handmade as well. We guarantee our products to be pure & fresh. We highly recommend using all products within 1 year from date of purchase. Your order will be manufactured, labeled and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of order. Orders received after 3pm EST M-F will be processed the next business day. We work diligently Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.
Out of Stock Products:
We are making products on a daily basis to replenish stock. Goats Milk Bar Soaps are handcrafted using the cold process method. We do our best to keep these in stock, however if batch of soap has to be manufactured, there is a 6 week cure time. Please check back for updated inventory. Thank you for your patience!
Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays are not included in transit times. Shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated for you at checkout.
Special Weather Announcement for Summer Shipping on Bath Bombs, Balms, Body Butters & Lotion Bars:
Butters and oils used in these products are prone to melting during the hotter seasons of the year. They are best stored in cooler room temperatures from 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit. During the spring and summer seasons especially, I highly recommend that when ordering our bath bombs, balms, body butters & lotion bars have them delivered to an address where items will not sit in the heat for long periods of time. I cannot accept returns and I do not apply refunds for products left outside to melt. In the extreme summer temperatures we may temporarily suspend shipping on bath bombs, balms, body butters & lotion bars. They will be available for "Pick-Up" at our store in Lake Wylie, SC. A 2.9% +0.30 transaction fee will be charged for any refunds issued due to improper selections on your “Shipping Method” at checkout.
Damaged Orders:
We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to file a claim for damaged products. We cannot issue a refund for damaged products, however, replacements can be made upon following the guidelines below:
If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email it to us. We will ship replacements to the original shipping address. WE CANNOT FILE A CLAIM WITHOUT A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS. Email photos to birchavenuesoap@gmail.com.
Refund Policy: Due to the delicacy of our handmade products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it ships (weather conditions, delivery issues). Our merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns. We stand behind our products 100%. We will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our goal!
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Wholesale Orders: We are unable to sell Wholesale at this time. Should this change in the future, we will require a written agreement from reseller to adhere to certain guidelines and policies. Our products are made in small batches, by hand. This way, we can ensure product quality and attention to detail. Our retail store is here for you, for personal use.
Payment Methods:
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store credit card information in our system.
